Q. What payments do you accept?
A. We currently accept Paypal which allows you to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check or Bank Transfer. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express without using PayPal.
A. No. All of our designs are custom from various designers. Even the "pre-made" designs are custom. They are only made in advance by new designers that we hire during the interview process or when designers have extra time they create some designs in advance. Once a customer purchases a pre-made design it is removed from our website.
Q. What is all included in your packages?

Q. Are there any other fees other than the "package pricing" that is listed?
A. When we quote your package pricing, we list all included features. Other charges would be merchant accounts. We are an authorized agent for authorize.net so that if you are going to be selling online and need a merchant account we can send you the paperwork and you can set up an account with them. These fees are paid to authorize.net though and NOT us (theebc.com). For more information contact us.
Advertising is another separate service and fees. Upon completing your website which will be optimized for search engines; we do submit your website initially to search engines. CLICK HERE to view our advertising packages and information.
Q. How often do you change your prices?
A. We try to keep our pricing affordable for everyone; however prices are subject to change without notice.
A. Due to the digital nature of our products and services we do not provide refunds. However, we pride ourselves on our work, quality, customer service and your full satisfaction. If you are not getting what you agreed; please contact us and we will do everything we can to correct the problem.
Q. Shopping Carts; are products considered updates?
A. Yes. We design the shopping cart, set up the features and layout and if you have the items provided in a spreadsheet (we provide the format) we import the initial batch of products.
